Pets (from April to Memorial Day and after Labor Day only) $10 per night plus tax - maximum $30 for stay.

Check with management if pet stay is possible during your visit.

Rates do not include Massachusetts Room Tax

At booking time first night (plus tax) is due. 50% of entire stay is due by March 15th.

Balance for stay is due at check-in time. Payments accepted at Inn are Cash, Check, Traveler's Checks and Credit Cards.

The Inn cancellation policy is that the initial deposit made at booking time is non-refundable.

Any payments made subsequent to initial booking will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee, if the room is

rented again for the cancelled period.
